工作內容
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing HR operations, payroll functions, and benefit programs. Your expertise will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all HR processes.

We are open to considering more senior roles based on candidate qualifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.. Attendance Management & HR Operations:
  • Maintain and manage employee records in using Smartman HRIS and other databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Generate HR reports as needed.
2.. Payroll Processing & Benefits Administration:
  • Accurately process monthly payroll, NHI, LI, LPA and group insurance.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and promptly resolve any issues.
  • Review and reconcile payroll reports, including payroll tax filings and benefits deductions. Manage payment requests.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, and changes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related questions.
3.. Recruitment:
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
4.. Compliance & Audit Support:
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll and HR laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
  • Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll and HR operations.
  • Prepare documentation and respond to audit inquiries.  
5.. HR Projects:
  • Collaborate on HR projects assigned by your supervisor.

其他條件
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years proven experience as an HR Operations Specialist, Payroll Specialist, or similar role.
  • Proficient in payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations. Has the ability to interpret and communicate data.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities.
