The advisors also introduce their advisees to other people in the businesses to build up an enterprise network to promote the students’ future development.

(4) Business internship

All the students in our master program must take internships in enterprises during summer vacation to complete their papers on internships. These papers will be presented in the “Business and human resource management practical study seminar,” in which people from the businesses, academy, and more will evaluate the design, completeness, and applicability of each paper. Each year, many business people participate in this seminar to learn from the practical studies to promote their own businesses and offer feedback to help the students grow.

Students can work for a dual degree at the School of Business, West Sydney University, our academic partner, in Australia after completing 6 courses in at least two semesters.

Assistance

Our institute offers students complete training through our innovative and solid courses. In addition, the students are encouraged to participate in extra-curricular activities to orient themselves with professional knowledge in human resource management. In order to train them into global citizens with an international outlook, they are also encouraged to join in international activities provided by resources outside our institute. We invite senior managerial personnel in the businesses to be the students’ advisors to give them valuable suggestions in their careers and academic pursuits. Through the advice in their thesis writing processes, students are trained to manage themselves with self-responsibility. By completing their research and thesis writing, students are cultivated with the abilities of independent thinking and self-criticism. By learning to be responsible, students are offered the opportunity to build up their team spirit to become a helpful resource for their future career and administrative know-how. Eventually, after the completion of our training, the graduates will become human resource managerial staff with a global outlook and high morale.
